Join this intimate small group setting where you can finally learn how to prioritize and re-connect back to your sense of self via mindfulness practices, mind-body connection, self exploration, and more. The more aware and intentional you are, the better you can show up for your family, your work, life, and YOU.

Monthly Themes & Intention Setting

Every month we’ll dive into a different theme to explore and apply in our lives “off the mat”as I like to say. We will also set our goals and intentions for the month as they apply to the theme, or in any area that feels important to you. The themes are here for structure and an opportunity for you to connect deeper with yourself one area at a time.

Journaling Prompts

You will be resourced with journaling prompts to continue more self reflection and discovery throughout the month, and a chance to explore and share any insights and awareness as they come up for you, with our community and during our group coaching call.

2 x Monthly Group Coaching Sessions

Every 1st and 3rd week of the month we gather as a group via zoom to set our monthly goals and intentions and address anything that you need support on, is challenging you, or would like clarity and accountability on.

Voxer Support

Group voxer is included, to keep you focused, accountable and feeling supported. You can also learn from one another, celebrate your wins on here, and feel connected throughout the month.

Meditations

Use these meditation tracks to ground yourself each morning, or throughout the day. They are here to support you in your journey towards greater self awareness and creating more space and pauses in your day.

Community Support

This is a very warm, nurturing, and empowering environment. This is all about receiving and giving support and encouragement, as well as celebrating one another other as we all learn and grow.
